Work directly with clients in their homes while having the freedom to complete planning, documentation, and collaboration remotely.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Partner with families to ensure consistent, effective care
• Complete documentation and maintain clinical quality
• Stay current on best practices and developments in the field

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification and LBA license
• Experience in in-home or hybrid ABA service delivery
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Client-focused, outcomes-driven mindset
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively
