What You'll Do

As a Recreation Director, you will provide leadership, training, and support to a Life Enrichment and Activities team. Your mission will be to ensure that our community offers dynamic, meaningful programs that foster connection, health, and joy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing recreation and life enrichment programs
• Coaching and mentoring activities team members
• Developing engaging monthly calendars and signature events that align with company standards
• Introducing innovative programming that promotes wellness, creativity, and social connection
• Partnering with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with company and state guidelines
• Monitoring participation, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recreation, life enrichment, or activities management (senior living or healthcare preferred)
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Strong organizational, communication, and planning abilities
• A creative mindset with a passion for serving seniors
• CTRS certification or related credentials a plus
