RealClean Aircraft Detailing Greater Arizona is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Aircraft Detailers to support our growing aviation detailing operation across Scottsdale, Mesa, Phoenix, and surrounding airports.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work around private aircraft, corporate jets, turboprops, and aviation professionals while building specialized detailing experience in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform exterior aircraft washes and detailing services
• Assist with waxing, paint care, and specialty cleaning
• Complete interior detailing and deep cleaning tasks
• Help maintain company equipment, supplies, and vehicles
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures
• Represent the company professionally at airports and client locations
• Work efficiently as part of a detailing crew

Qualifications

• Reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working both independently and with a team
• Able to lift 50 lbs, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather conditions
• Flexible availability including occasional weekends, early mornings, or evenings based on aircraft schedules
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass FAA-mandated drug and background checks

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Aircraft detailing
• Automotive detailing
• Marine or RV detailing
• Commercial cleaning services
• General labor or service industry work

No aviation experience required — paid training provided for the right candidates.

FAA Compliance

This position is subject to the FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in accordance with federal regulations. All applicants must comply with the company’s Drug-Free Workplace Policy and be willing to undergo testing upon hire.

Schedule

• Part Time
• Primarily Monday–Friday
• Weekend work as needed
• Flexible scheduling based on aircraft and client needs

Work Location

This role supports aircraft at multiple aviation locations throughout the Scottsdale, Mesa, and Phoenix metro area including:

• Airports
• FBOs
• Hangars
• Flight schools
• Client aircraft locations

Company vehicles and equipment are provided for approved work assignments.

Compensation

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Starting pay is based on experience, reliability, work ethic, and overall fit.

Candidates with prior detailing or aviation-related experience may qualify for higher starting pay.
