MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Biscayne Bay Apartments , located in Chandler, AZ!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
