Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to inventory management, shipping and receiving, and overall warehouse distribution. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment.

Schedule

Work hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with possible overtime depending on workload)

Duties

• Assist with inventory management and control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
• Execute shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory movements
• Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols established by OSHA
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency
• Participate in regular training for equipment operation and safety procedures

Skills

• Proficiency in inventory control and management practices
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to handle materials safely while adhering to OSHA regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and inventory tasks
