Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with K-8th grade students in a specialized autism program for the 2026-2027 school year. This rewarding role focuses on helping approximately 50 students reach their communication goals through innovative, individualized approaches.

To thrive in this setting, you should bring:

• Current or eligibility for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or be in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in pediatric settings, preferably within K-8 schools
• Expertise working with students on the autism spectrum
• Familiarity with teletherapy and technology-driven interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working closely with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong ability to manage a diverse caseload and create effective therapy plans

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in a dedicated autism program
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
• Collaborating with educators, therapists, families, and administrators
• Participating in assessments and multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and progress notes
• Utilizing teletherapy tools and resources as needed to support service delivery
