Professional Scout
- Conduct in-depth scouting of professional and international players.
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports and maintain updated player databases.
- Analyze player performance using game film, live observation, and statistical tools.
- Identify potential trade, free-agent, or draft prospects.
- Collaborate with coaching and analytics departments to align evaluations with team strategy.
- Attend games, tournaments, combines, and showcases as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization's professional standards.
- Provide recommendations and insights during player acquisition discussions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience scouting or coaching.
- Strong understanding of player evaluation metrics and scouting technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High attention to detail and ability to make objective assessments under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Analytics, or related field (preferred).
