Registered Nurse - ICU opportunity in Globe, Arizona, United States. Start date: 03/24/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,438 to $2,471 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: Surgery Center with ICU responsibilities; eligible to float to Med Surg if needed. Certifications required: ACLS and BLS. EMR experience with Meditech 6.0 is preferred. The assignment includes on-call shifts (24 hours) as part of the schedule. Flu vaccination is required. There is a 100-mile radius policy and RTO limits in place; up to three days of requested time off per 13-week contract. The facility may cancel up to three shifts in the 13-week period, and guaranteed hours may not apply in those cases.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU for postoperative and critically ill patients, including monitoring, assessments, medication administration, and ventilator support as indicated.
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans; document care accurately in the EMR (Meditech 6.0 preferred).
- Respond quickly to deteriorating patient conditions, manage emergent situations, and participate in code procedures per ACLS guidelines.
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards; ensure proper handoffs during shift changes; support patient and family education as appropriate.
- Be willing to float to Medical-Surgical units when needed and participate in a 24-hour on-call schedule as required by the contract.
- Adhere to facility policies on vaccination, consent, and regulatory requirements; ensure compliance with RTO limits and the 100-mile radius policy.

Requirements
- Active RN licensure in Arizona.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- ICU nursing experience preferred; willingness to float to Med Surg if needed.
- EMR experience; Meditech 6.0 experience preferred.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts with on-call duties; flexibility to meet assignment needs.
- Flu vaccine required; compliance with travel policy including 100-mile radius restriction and RTO limits.
