Are you a people-person with a passion for helping patients achieve their perfect smile? Anderson Dental in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a dynamic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face guiding patients through their treatment journey, from consultation to completion.

• Explain treatment plans, costs, and financing options with clarity and compassion.

• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and insurance claims to ensure a seamless experience.

• Build lasting relationships with patients, boosting their confidence in our care.

• Collaborate with our dental team to streamline operations and enhance patient satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 plus years of dental office or customer service experience (dental assisting or front office a plus!).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all backgrounds.

• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and treatment planning.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Dentrix software.

• A team player with a positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.

Schedule: Full-time- 40 hrs/ week

Monday 8:30-4

Tuesday 8:30-6

Wednesday 8:30-6

Thursday 8:30-4

Friday 8:30- 3
