What You’ll Do
- Plan and schedule residential and commercial roofing projects
- Lead and support crews and subcontractors
- Ensure safety, quality, and full OSHA compliance
- Manage materials, labor, and project budgets
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients
- Mentor and develop team members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in roofing or construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of safety and quality standards
- Valid driver’s license
