Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

With two openings available—one serving the PHX area and the other in Peoria—you’ll play a crucial role in fostering academic success and student well-being through direct onsite services. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license, meeting Arizona state requirements
• Previous experience within a K-12 school environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and interventions for school-aged children
• Ability to work independently—no COTAs will be assigned
• AZ IVP (Identity Verified Prints) fingerprint card preferred
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs and student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student progress
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to student teams
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and growth
