The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual, meatball and butchery-inspired concept—chef-driven and rooted in Italian tradition. Created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and the team behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, The Sicilian Butcher brings scratch-made Italian cuisine, craft cocktails, and unforgettable hospitality to a stylish and elevated neighborhood setting.

As a Host, you are the first impression of our restaurant. We're looking for energetic, welcoming, and professional individuals who love people and can set the tone for an outstanding dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to exceptional hospitality

• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Open availability preferred, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation platforms is a plus

A Day in The Life
As a Host , you are the friendly face and voice guests interact with first and last. You’ll warmly greet guests, manage the waitlist, seat parties efficiently, and ensure each guest feels like family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism

• Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests with efficiency and accuracy

• Communicate wait times and seating expectations clearly and politely

• Escort guests to tables and communicate any special needs to servers

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front entrance and host stand

• Assist with to-go orders and guest inquiries as needed

• Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth dining room operations

• Deliver the elevated hospitality that defines The Sicilian Butcher experience
