Service and Sales Advisor – Central Phoenix

Colby Welding & Radiator Inc. has been providing high-quality welding and radiator repair services for the automotive, trucking, industrial, construction, and mining industries since 1997. We are nationally known and locally owned.

A Service and Sales Advisor is vital to ensuring an excellent customer experience by serving as the main link between the customer and service departments. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and technical understanding to accurately assess service needs, coordinate work with departments, and keep customers informed. Our Advisors help build trust and long-term relationships while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Compensation

• Salary: $24 – $27 Hourly Depends on Experience

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner both in person and on the phone.
• Working with service departments to recommend appropriate repairs or parts.
• Accurately quoting and obtaining authorization for service work and parts.
• Provide updates to customers accordingly.
• Handling the billing of work and parts.
• Routing drivers for daily pick-up and delivery of work for applicable customers.
• Ordering and tracking main inventory and supplies on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and show up for work on time.
• Good communication with customers and shop personnel; must work well with others.
• Able to work a rotating shift every two weeks (Monday through Friday):
• • Opening: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Closing: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Must be honest and trustworthy.
• Prior experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus (not required).
• Bilingual is a plus (not required).
