Accounting Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 to $26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )

Job Duties:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable for five companies, including invoice entry, approvals, and weekly vendor payments
• Support Accounts Receivable functions as needed.
• Answer incoming phone lines for two companies and provide general administrative support (filing, clerical duties).
• Serve as a backup for ADP Payroll processing, including handling payroll for a small team of 2 employees when required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and leadership to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

Accounting Clerk Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience (QuickBooks experience a plus, not required).
• Experience processing vendor payments across multiple companies preferred.
• Familiarity with ADP Payroll is helpful, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
