Shift: Monday through Thursday 6 AM-4:30 PM with a possibility of mandatory or voluntary overtime mostly on Fridays & Weekend shift Friday through Sunday 6AM-6:30PM
Location: South Tucson
Terms: Temp to hire
Pay Rate: $25.00-$33.00
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in product inspection such as electronic, electromechanical, and/or mechanical production items.

• Inspect electronic components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and equipment to ensure they meet applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Verify equipment and product meet the test requirements specified for the product.
• Assist in diagnosis, repair and calibration of test equipment or product
• Contributes to process issues by performing a root cause analysis. Supports implementation of short and long-term solutions to stabilize processes.
• Supports product identification, traceability, disposition, and handling of conforming and non-conforming product.
• Involvement and assistance in problem solving methodologies, such as 8Ds, Kaizen, A3, Ishikawa and 5Why's.
• Supports quality, operations, and manufacturing departments to drive actions that improve assembly quality and performance.
• Delivers direct input to PFMEA, control plan, process flow, work instructions development and/or improvement.
• Assists in the implementation and execution of PPAP Tools (APQP)
• Calibration record control and coordination
• Creation and update of manufacturing work instructions
• Document control

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 2-5 years of experience in product inspection such as electronic, electromechanical, and/or mechanical production items.
• Experience in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• Basic experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
