TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Show Low, Arizona, 85901!
Job Title: MedSurg/Tele Observation RN Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: MedSurg/Tele Observation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS Must-Have: ACLS, BLS Description: 10 beds available with MedSurg and Tele capability on all beds. 12-hour shifts with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and no cancellations. Must have experience in a MedSurg acute care setting. Support staff includes Tele techs, charge nurse, health unit coordinators, and patient care technicians. Nurse to patient ratios are 1:5 during days and 1:6 during nights, with ratios of 1:4 for pediatrics based on level of acuity. Nurse managers perform rounds but do not provide patient care. Floating to all MedSurg units and ICU may be required, including taking MedSurg overflow patients. Any color scrubs are acceptable, and scrubs are not provided.
