Security Officer - On-Call / FlexSecureOne Security Services is hiring on-call Security Officers to fill open shifts and emergency coverage needs across our client sites in the Tempe/Phoenix areas. This is an ideal role for candidates seeking flexible hours or building toward a full-time schedule.PayStarting at $18.04 per hourWeekly pay with optional daily pay accessAbout This RoleOn-call Security Officers are contacted for shift coverage when a site has an open post. Officers must be available to respond on short notice and be comfortable working across different client locations. Reliable cell phone, transportation, and availability for varied shifts - including weekends and evenings - are required.ResponsibilitiesProvide security coverage at assigned client locations on an as-needed basisConduct patrols, monitor premises, and maintain a visible security presenceRespond to and document incidents, hazards, and policy violationsComplete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentationFollow site-specific post orders and company procedures at each locationQualificationsMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredActive Arizona Guard CardReliable transportation and valid driver's license preferredClean background check and drug screening requiredBenefitsWeekly pay / optional daily payMedical insurance optionsSick time401(k) retirement plan with 5% company matchPaid training and uniformsPath to full-time, permanent placementSecureOne Security Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
