The Opportunity
We're seeking exceptional PMHNPs who are passionate about mental health and committed to patient-centered care for both adult and pediatric populations.

• Exceptional Earning Potential : $270,000-$472,000+ annually through our fee-for-service model (with competitive revenue splits of insurance reimbursements, percentage negotiable based on your skills and experience)

Required Qualifications

• MSN, DNP and/or post-masters certificate in PMHNP from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted APRN license in one or more of our operating states
• Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong communication skills focused on therapeutic patient engagement
• Cultural competence working with diverse populations
• Professional malpractice insurance (support options may be discussed during interview)

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities, with Spanish speakers strongly prioritized
• Licensure in multiple states (especially those with full practice authority)
• Active DEA registration with controlled substance prescribing ability
• 2+ years clinical experience in psychiatric mental health preferred
• Experience in pediatric psychiatry
• Experience with MAT/opioid use disorder treatment
