As a **Refunds Analyst** , you will play a critical role in monitoring daily processes, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives within the Passenger Refunds department. You will collaborate with management, end-users, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, resolve issues, and drive enhancements that support both departmental and corporate goals.
**What you'll do**
+ Lead and maintain the implementation and oversight of new payment processes.
+ Perform quality assurance for system installations and upgrades.
+ Support training initiatives for new hires and ongoing employee development.
+ Conduct ongoing analysis to support departmental changes, company initiatives, and industry mandates.
+ Serve as a liaison between end-users and Revenue Accounting teams to address questions and concerns related to Refunds data and projects.
+ Partner with IT to troubleshoot system issues, support application enhancements, and ensure accurate automation of Refunds processes.
+ Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, including testing and deployment.
+ Assist management with special projects, ad hoc reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
+ Analyze trends and generate statistical reports for senior leadership, government agencies, and external vendors.
+ Provide insights and feedback to internal teams regarding customer issues, complaints, and Department of Transportation compliance.

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ High School diploma or GED Equivalency
+ 1 year related work experience in similar field/position
+ General knowledge of passenger sales & revenue processing
