We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and handle a tough property.

This is a low-income community, and to be upfront it’s not the nicest property. You’ll be dealing with older dirty units, frustrated tenants, and a lot of daily challenges. There may be times you’ll have to deal with transient issues or step into uncomfortable situations. We need someone who can stay calm, keep their professionalism, and still take care of business.

If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in showing up, staying consistent, and doing the job right even when the conditions aren’t ideal this is for you.

Requirements:

• Strong apartment maintenance experience (multifamily or similar)
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Experience with boilers and chillers preferred
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Can handle pressure and deal with tough situations professionally
• Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with Spanish speaking residents .

Pay: $27/hour — paid weekly

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with possible on-call
