Manager, Building Operations
The Manager of Building Operations will oversee the daily maintenance operations of the company's 800,000-square-foot facility, which includes both a front office and the warehouse/distribution functions at the Glendale, AZ location. This individual will lead a team of internal facilities support staff as well as third-party vendors to ensure a positive environment for Red Bull employees and guests.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Responsible for all aspects of building maintenance and operations, including contracting and managing third-party vendors for services such as janitorial, engineering, HVAC, fire protection, landscaping, solar, pest control, dock doors, vending services, and more.
Develop and implement procedures and best practices for a preventative maintenance plan and property operations manual.
Provide onsite support for building renovations and improvement projects, supervising contractors and vendors involved in the projects, building repairs, and routine preventative maintenance.
Maintain a schedule of service contracts and an updated list of preferred vendors for each trade.
Support site safety programs, including fire life safety systems, inspections, testing, emergency planning, fire drills, etc.
Manage Office Coordinators and their respective responsibilities, including reception, mail/messenger/shipping services, pantries, conference rooms, office supplies, and other areas.
Oversee space planning and office space allocation across all departments in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Update facility seating plans monthly and manage employee office relocations as necessary.
Develop and adhere to annual facilities operating budgets.
Process invoices for payment, resolve vendor/payment issues, and handle recurring financial reporting, such as monthly accrual reports and periodic reviews of actual spending versus budgeted plans.
EXPERIENCE

that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, or related fields. Prior experience maintaining a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience with a focus on developing employees, vendors, and contractors to reach their full potential.
- Strong ability to coordinate teams, organize tasks, and set priorities effectively.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in using the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar applications.
- Familiarity with building work order systems.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
