Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Clear and reset tables quickly and accurately between seatings to maintain smooth service flow. Remove dishes, glassware, and trash from dining areas and transport them to dishwashing or staging zones. Replenish condiments, napkins, silverware, and linens; ensure service stations remain fully stocked. Assist servers with delivering food and beverages, and support bussing during high-volume periods. Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and seating areas by sweeping, mopping, and spot-cleaning as needed. Follow health and safety standards, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs to supervisors. Skills & Qualifications Qualifications Required: Legal authorization to work and availability for full-time, onsite shifts including evenings/weekends. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25–50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift. Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive, service-oriented attitude. Basic communication skills in English to interact with teammates and guests. Preferred: Previous experience in restaurants, catering, or hospitality roles. Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices (servsafe or equivalent a plus). Flexibility to cover varied shifts and occasional holiday schedules.
