What You'll Do:
- Set the vibebe a positive force and lead by example
- Empower your team to deliver WOW customer experiences
- Own your store's success: sales, operations, staffing, and team culture
- Dive into metrics and coach your team to exceed the goals
- Recruit, train, and level-up your crew
- Build community buzz through local engagement and social energy
- Keep operations tight and stores audit-ready
- Bring energy to weekly 1:1s and team huddles
What You Bring:
- Leadership energy with a people-first mindset
- A love for attaining goals, growth, and winning as a team
- 4+ years in retail leadership (wireless retail = bonus points)
- Solid handle on budgets, inventory, and store ops
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- You're at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and can pass a background check
What the Job Demands Physically and Mentally:
Physical Demands of Job: A retail store manager's job involves a lot of physical activity, including:
- Standing and Walking: Must be able to stand for long periods while assisting customers, managing the floor, and overseeing team members.
- Lifting and Moving: Required to lift and move boxes of merchandise, fixtures, or other items.
- Bending, Kneeling, and Reaching: Tasks like stocking, assisting customers, or retrieving items from lower shelves require these movements.
Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and staff.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Retail store managers need to be able to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Other Skills: Beyond physical requirements, retail store managers also need strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
