What You'll Do:

• Set the vibebe a positive force and lead by example

• Own your store's success: sales, operations, staffing, and team culture
• Dive into metrics and coach your team to exceed the goals
• Recruit, train, and level-up your crew

What You Bring:

• Leadership energy with a people-first mindset
• A love for attaining goals, growth, and winning as a team
• 4+ years in retail leadership (wireless retail = bonus points)
• Solid handle on budgets, inventory, and store ops
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• You're at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and can pass a background check

Physical Demands of Job: A retail store manager's job involves a lot of physical activity, including:

Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and staff.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Retail store managers need to be able to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
