Shade sales experience is a plus!

- Proactively generate new business and expand your customer portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Schedule and conduct in-person appointments and site assessments
- Review project drawings and specifications to understand customer needs
- Present solutions and confidently close sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Accurately maintain customer records, sales activity, and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- 1 year sales experience
- Audio/Video industry experience encouraged
- Shade sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable prospecting, networking, and setting appointments
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to learn, grow, and follow company procedures
- Monday through Friday
- Day Shift
