Service Technicians Compensation & Benefits

• On Target Earnings: $80,000-250,000
• Up to 30% commission on all repairs and accessories
• Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance

Service Technicians Responsibilities

• Servicing customer homes within the Phoenix metro area
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem
• Common Job types include:
  • Maintenance and service repairs
  • systems enhancements
  • System replacement advising
• Communicating with customers and vendors
• Ordering consumables and maintaining company equipment
• Respond to service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems for customers of Emergency Air under warranty
  
• Make emergency repairs as indicated to minimize system defect issues on our clientele

Service Technicians Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Knowledge of ServiceTitan
• NATE certification
• EPA Type II Certification
• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Master Heat Pump Certification
• Inverter familiarity

Service Technicians Requirements

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• Basic hand tools are required
• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Schedule : Year-Round work. Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM, Rotating Saturday Shifts
