Remote Client Experience Advisor
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our remote team in a client-focused role supporting families and individuals across the United States. In this opportunity, you will help clients understand and access important benefit programs while building meaningful relationships and providing dependable service.
This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and pre-scheduled client consultations—no cold outreach or door-to-door sales required. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently, this role provides a strong path toward a meaningful long-term career from home.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work
Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection
Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
