Fulfillment Operations Specialist

Join our Banking Correspondence team as a Fulfillment Operations Specialist, where you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our client communications. In this essential office-based role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of bank documentation—from initial creation and printing to meticulous auditing and final packaging. work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

The Banking Correspondence team performs routine activities related to mailing required documents to clients. The process includes creating, printing, auditing, and packaging bank documents.
- Facilitate mailing for fulfillment work
- Work from case management tool and email
- Will be working in an office setting

• stuff envelopes (1 year of experience is preferred)
