This role offers a competitive package combining an hourly base wage plus commission — rewarding you for both your time and your results.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Tours

▪ Guide prospective Members through club tours using the tour check sheet, providing accurate and thorough information

▪ Ensure every toured prospect completes a guest/prospect card with signature

▪ Accurately enter all tour and prospect data into the club management system

▪ Schedule fitness assessments for new and prospective Members

▪ Conduct timely follow-up courtesy calls to prospects and Members

▪ Handle membership cancellation requests professionally, exploring Member concerns with tact and care

Member Service & Operations

▪ Deliver excellent, friendly service to all Members and guests

▪ Accurately charge and collect fees for guest passes, memberships, and services

▪ Complete all required paperwork — agreements, cancellations, holds, and billing adjustments — accurately and thoroughly

Professionalism & Attendance

▪ Arrive on time and prepared for each shift (10 minutes early is encouraged)

▪ Maintain a professional, conservative appearance in accordance with club dress policy

▪ Minimize absenteeism; follow department protocol for time-off requests, shift changes, and illness

▪ Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook

▪ Work toward goals set by the Sales Manager, including sign-up and fitness assessment targets

▪ Perform other job-related duties as assigned
