Creative Environments is looking for an Administrative Specialist who brings positivity, organization, and a “can-do” attitude to every task. This role is much more than greeting guests — you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, supporting payroll, coordinating timecards, managing shipping and receiving, and assisting executives when needed. Every day will bring something new and rewarding.

What You’ll Do:
Welcome clients, guests, and team members with warmth and professionalism — you’re the first impression of Creative Environments!

• Handle incoming calls, route messages, and enter potential customer leads into our CRM.
  Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly.
• Support payroll processes, including timecard reviews and basic payroll functions.
  Oversee shipping, receiving, and subcontractor documentation (insurance, payments, etc.).
• Keep our beverage and snack area stocked to ensure every visitor feels welcomed.
• Provide occasional executive assistance and general office support as needed.

What You Bring:

• A welcoming, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Reliability and professionalism — you’re the steady presence the office counts on
• High School Diploma (degree preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work full-time until 5pm
