About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

This is a fully outpatient pediatric role designed for physicians who value continuity of care, a predictable schedule, and meaningful patient relationships. Your day will consist of a balanced mix of well-child visits, same-day sick visits, immunizations, and chronic condition management. You’ll have the time and support to focus on preventative care and long-term health outcomes for your patients.

The clinic emphasizes a team-based approach, working closely with behavioral health specialists and care coordinators to address the full spectrum of pediatric needs. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including well visits and sick visits
• Administer immunizations and manage vaccination schedules
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Conduct developmental screenings and provide anticipatory guidance
• Collaborate with behavioral health and care management teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
• Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention
• Participate in care coordination and follow-up planning
• Optionally engage in quality improvement or public health initiatives
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and organizational protocols

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
• Eligible for or active Arizona medical license

Preferred Background

• Experience in outpatient pediatrics or community health settings
• Interest in integrated or team-based care models
• Comfort managing a broad range of pediatric conditions
