- Structured onboarding and mentorship available to support a smooth transition into practice.
- Serves as a primary clinical rotation site for the University of Arizona CRNA program
- Supports education, mentorship, and advancement of the CRNA profession
- HRSA-approved site - eligible for HRSA loan repayment programs
- Opportunity to reduce educational debt while serving a diverse patient population
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- New graduates encouraged to apply. (board certification required prior to start date)
Scheduling:
- Preferred scheduling and work-life balance
- 40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year
- One weekend shift per month
- Minimal night shifts per year
- No call
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Yearly compensation: based on experience
- W-2 $237k-$277k
- 1099 $272k-$312k
- Sign-on and relocation incentives available
- Generous paid time off
