Job Summary:In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and delivery services. This role is responsible for greeting guests in a professional and welcoming manner, managing incoming and outgoing packages and mail, maintaining accurate tracking logs, supporting departmental supply inventory, and performing general clerical duties. Salary: $18.00-$23.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience About Us:

- Greet and assist guests, vendors, and delivery personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
- Receive, log, and track all incoming packages and deliveries; notify appropriate departments of receipt.
- Prepare, log, and track outgoing packages to ensure accurate shipment documentation.
- Sort, distribute, and track inbound mail using established logs and procedures.
- Process return mail by identifying and coding bad or incorrect addresses in core systems.
- Maintain accurate records and logs for all mail and package activity.
- Monitor departmental inventory of office and reception supplies.
- Place supply orders as needed to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Adhere to organizational policies, security protocols, and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, mailroom, or administrative support role preferred.
- Equivalent to a high school education.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
