FAA Production Technical Operator 5
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Assembly & Repair: Perform full-cycle assembly, disassembly, and rework of aircraft components, including hand soldering and the operation of automated assembly equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and test components to identify failures, providing data-driven recommendations to return parts to service in compliance with FAA regulations.
- Maintenance: Execute machine and line setups, including feeder repairs and first-line preventative maintenance on SMT and assembly tools.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work aligns with soldering specifications, product process flows, and rigorous quality standards.

- working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
- Manufacturing (3 years of experience is required)
- Board Assembly Process (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Soldering (2 years of experience is required)
- SMT Processing Systems (2 years of experience is required)
- Communication Skills
- Electronic Maintenance (3 years of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 4 years
- Experience level: Experienced
