We are seeking Occupational Therapists to provide support and care in schools.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:

• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to our exceptional students.
• Complete observations, screenings, and evaluations and provide timely documentation.
• Attend all parent conferences services and assessment results.
• Follow all Medicaid billing procedures, including completing and maintaining all required documentation.
• Implement screenings and perform evaluations.
• Identify treatment options and create and maintain student IEPs.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program from an accredited institution.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona.
