What you will do:
The Lead Development Specialist will reach out via phone and email to leads from several campaigns using company provided tools (laptop and headset) . The campaigns consist of Fire equipment, controls, planned service agreements and inbound lead requests. You will be qualifying these leads and securing meetings for your frontline sales counterpart. To be successful you will develop a follow up process, build relationships with your sales reps and grow maintain a pipeline.
How you will do it:
· You will be responsible for booking qualified meetings for your frontline sales counterpart.
· Interacting with your customers daily, you will identify and offer appropriate solutions or hand-off any booked meetings to the appropriate rep.
· You will be responsible for following up with your frontline sales counterpart after the meeting takes place and throughout the sales cycle.
· From there you will build and maintain your pipeline.
This is a Hybrid position. Ideal for someone living in the Milwaukee, WI, Metro area
What we look for:
Required
· 0-2 years of post-secondary education (college), telemarketing, or work experience with customer interaction .
· Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), internet software and e-mail
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· A high level of integrity, and resilient temperament
Preferred
· Track record of over-achieving goals. Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels.
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls (45-60 on average) per day
· Experience working with a CRM database
· Ability to rapidly build knowledge of Johnson Control’s product lines
HIRING HOURLY RANGE : $18.26- 24.51 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
