We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will play a vital part in accurately managing account documentation and data input processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and familiarity with relevant software tools.
Responsibilities:• Enter and manage data efficiently using tools such as MO/Netx360 software.
• Process and document the opening of new accounts with precision.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for account-related activities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of accounts.
• Utilize basic Excel skills to organize and analyze data as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and security measures during data handling.
• Verify and cross-check information to maintain accuracy and avoid errors.
• Conduct administrative tasks related to account setup and documentation.
• Adhere to schedules and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with MO/Netx360 software is preferred.
• Ability to work with numeric and text-based data efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• All candidates are required to undergo screening, which may include fingerprinting and credit review.
• Comfortable working on-site during standard business hours (Monday-Friday).
