About the Opportunity
Join TechniPros in Phoenix, AZ for a hybrid Business Analyst / QA role requiring true expertise in both skillsets. This is a W2 contract position - no C2C. Only local Arizona candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts to ensure appropriate test coverage (50% of role)
- Provide direction to developers for requirement implementation and execute testing to validate business requirements
- Conduct user acceptance testing with end users and document/track software defects, performance, and usability issues
- Identify, evaluate, and document business needs, objectives, processes, and requirements (30% of role)
- Perform requirements elicitation, documentation, use case development, and facilitate stakeholder communication
- Document processes and procedures for BA/QA standards and identify automation opportunities (20% of role)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Windows Server experience
- SDLC - Agile (Scrum, Kanban) experience
- Intermediate Visual Studio/TFS/VSTS experience
- Intermediate .Net Applications and ETL experience
- Intermediate SQL Server 2008 R2 & 2016 experience
- SSIS/SSRS experience
- Extensive backend database testing experience (indexes, triggers, stored procedures, packages)
- Intermediate MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
