HR Recruiter

Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong communication skills and experience managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience. - Manage applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process. - Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and background checks to ensure suitability. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. - Utilize platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and Careerbuilder to source candidates. - Maintain accurate records of applicant data and recruitment metrics. - Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. - Provide updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles. - Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other applicant tracking systems. - Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment platforms like Careerbuilder. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to perform background checks and coordinate onboarding processes. - Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
