Server/Waitstaff
Brat Haus in Old Town Scottsdale is now looking for some great and RELIABLE bartender/servers to add to our team headed into season. Can you work in a team environment where we all pitch in to create a great customer experience and deliver " Genuine Hauspitality "? Experience necessary. Must possess a good craft beer knowledge, be able to multitask and hustle and maintain a positive and fun attitude on a consistent basis as well as handle constructive feedback in a mature manner. Servers tend to average $38-$44/hr including wage and tips in a fun and casual environment. NO LATE NIGHTS! Locally owned/operated for the past 13 years. Passionate/Dedicated individuals only. Brats, burgers, beers, FUN! No emails or phone calls please.
Responsibilities
- Setting the table
- Pre bus tables
- Seating guests
- Delivering food and drinks to guests
- Running dishes to the kitchen
- Delivering a great customer experience "Genuine Hauspitality"
- Cleaning projects
- Previous POS experience (we use Toast)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years server experience in a casual full-service setting with craft beer menu
- RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL
- Strong work ethic
- CRAFT BEER KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY. At least a 3 on a scale of 5 with 5 being very knowledgeable
- Ability to handle heavy volume in a short amount of time
- RELIABLE
- Extroverted personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively as well as receive constructive feedback
- RELIABLE
- Able to multitask efficiently. Self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- No smokers please
