Server/Waitstaff

Brat Haus in Old Town Scottsdale is now looking for some great bartender/servers to add to our team headed into season. Can you work in a team environment where we all pitch in to create a great customer experience and deliver " Genuine Hauspitality "? This is a very very part time position and a perfect opportunity to "get your foot in the door" for busy season. We are looking for a steady and RELIABLE server/bartender. Experience necessary. Must possess a good craft beer knowledge, be able to multitask and hustle and maintain a positive and fun attitude on a consistent basis as well as handle constructive feedback in a mature manner. Servers tend to average approximately $38-$44/hr including wage and tips in a fun and casual environment. NO LATE NIGHTS! Locally owned/operated for the past 13 years. Passionate/Dedicated individuals only. Brats, burgers, beers, FUN! No emails or phone calls please.

Responsibilities

• Setting the table
• Pre bus tables
• Seating guests
• Delivering food and drinks to guests
• Running dishes to the kitchen
• Delivering a great customer experience "Genuine Hauspitality"
• Cleaning projects
• Previous POS experience (we use Toast)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years server experience in a casual full-service setting with craft beer menu
• RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL
• Strong work ethic
• CRAFT BEER KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY. At least a 3 on a scale of 5 with 5 being very knowledgeable
• Ability to handle heavy volume in a short amount of time
• RELIABLE
• Extroverted personality
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively as well as receive constructive feedback
• RELIABLE
• Able to multitask efficiently. Self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• No smokers please
