We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team! We are looking for a detail-oriented team player who is looking for opportunities to learn and grow! You will be responsible for supporting our Office Manager, performing data entry, coordinating with contractors, and tracking job progress to ensure our projects are completed on time and to standard. This is an in-office position working with the operations team!

Responsibilities:

• Support the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks and operational needs
• Perform accurate data entry from contracts and job documentation into our systems
• Document and update customer records
• Coordinate with contractors and job sites to keep projects moving
• Track progress of active jobs and ensure timely completion
• Verify correct materials are ordered for each project
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Handle inbound telephone calls
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Develop and maintain communication with our team members as well as our clients

Qualifications: Preferred but not required

• Previous experience in office administration, data entry, or other related fields
• Ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple active projects
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Be a great team player
