Food Expo/Busser/Host
We are looking for a reliable, sharp, and energetic individual to join our fast-paced front-of-house team. This role is the critical link between our kitchen and our guests. We are looking for a person who can prioritize tasks without a manager hovering over your shoulder, someone who is a people person and who can handle the expo line and the floor simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hosting - greeting and seating guests
• Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our standards before it hits the table.
• Maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere by efficiently clearing and resetting tables.
• Interact with patrons with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills between the "back" and "front" of the house.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. - Busser experience a plus.
