Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine/Internal Medicine

- Work independently in clinics and visit assisted living/nursing facilities.
- Responsibilities include patient education, accurate documentation, team collaboration, and promoting safe, efficient care.
- Requires AZ license, DEA certification, strong communication skills, proficiency with EMR, and fluency in Spanish preferred.
