Lead Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

SLP NEEDED IN SURPRISE, AZ - HUGE BONUS OPPORTUNITIES!

Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) with a passion for the pediatric population! Join an established outpatient clinic with exceptional supervisors and mentorship opportunities. Must have a passion for helping autistic children and working within a multidisciplinary team.

Job overview:

• Clinic-based, in person
• Immediate start!
• On-target earnings: $88-$97k+/year, depending on clinical experience, schedule, and skills
• Generous bonus structure: flat $500 weekly bonus when providing 25 direct service hours in a week!
• Work alongside BCBAs and RBTs to provide excellent communication interventions for children and families
• Provide mentorship for SLP graduate students

Qualifications:

• Arizona SLP license (assistance provided if license is in process!)
• Must have CCCs / at least 1 year of pediatric experience and be comfortable working independently
• Ability to work in person in Surprise, AZ
• An energetic & upbeat personality - ready to have fun with kids and collaborate with their families!
• An interest in feeding therapy and AAC
• An understanding of ABA and the desire to collaborate with ABA professionals
• A passion for helping autistic children thrive!
