This role provides broad leadership over all financial and accounting operations, from strategic planning to daily execution, while guiding the organization through continued growth. Responsibilities include:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling for the organization.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Support strategic direction by evaluating performance, assessing risks, and guiding key initiatives.
- Manage capital needs, banking relationships, and funding decisions to support growth.
- Ensure strong controls and compliance while developing the finance team and improving processes.
Requirements:
- CPA required
- Real Estate experience preferred

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
