About Us:

Flagstaff MT RV & Campground is a growing outdoor hospitality destination offering full hookup RV sites, clean amenities, and easy access to the best of Northern Arizona. We’re looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to ensure the park is safe, clean, and operating smoothly—inside and out.

Position Summary:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all buildings, grounds, utility systems, and amenities across the campground. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong work ethic, practical repair knowledge, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of restrooms, laundry rooms, hookups, roads, and common areas

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, water, and septic systems

• Repair or coordinate repair of plumbing, lighting, irrigation, and minor construction issues

• Manage landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and cleanup

• Monitor park infrastructure to ensure safety, cleanliness, and code compliance

• Respond to service requests and emergency issues quickly and effectively

• Work with contractors when necessary for specialized repairs or improvements

• Maintain maintenance logs and supply inventory

• Support seasonal setup/winterization of systems as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of facilities, property, or campground maintenance experience

• Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping

• Ability to operate tools, equipment, and light machinery (e.g. mowers, tractors, etc.)

• Knowledge of septic systems, hookups, and RV infrastructure is a strong plus

• Must be dependable, organized, and capable of working independently

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

• Availability on weekends or evenings for urgent issues during peak seasons
