A Sales Director is a person that is passionate about the benefits of fitness and the development of others. They must be fully invested to market and sell fitness memberships to their community. A successful Sales Director must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. They must be detailed, organized, proficient, and a self-starter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation (systems provided) in monthly advertising and promotions
• Follow and complete daily tasks and business statistics tracking
• Drive marketing programs to increase membership sales
• Work with the area/studio management
• Aid with facility management
• Coordinate and execute community events regularly to engage with prospective members
• Oversee and implement all corporate initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsorships.
• Accomplish new membership monthly goals
• Accomplish upgrade goals for all upgrade programs
• Help accomplish overall studio revenue goals

We’re Excited About You if You:

• At least 20 years old
• At least 3 years of sales experience (required)
• Have a can-do attitude as a self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Sales-driven attitude
• A strong desire to make an impact.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and some weekends
• The ability to work in conditions that include multiple priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a team player.
• Communicate clear decisions, next steps, and accountability
