We’re looking for a motivated Shades Sales Specialist to join our growing home automation team!
What You’ll Do:
• Consult with homeowners on motorized shade solutions
• Work with interior decorators and designers
• Design custom window treatments that blend style + smart tech
• Present and sell integrated shading systems as part of full smart home packages
• Build strong client relationships from consultation to installation
What We’re Looking For:
• Sales and shades experience (home improvement, interior design, or tech a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Eye for design and attention to detail
• Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
