Location: Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer with strong experience in modern backend technologies and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable applications and working with high-volume systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a modern development stack
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang , Kafka , and REST APIs
• Experience designing and developing high-performance RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams
• Self-driven with a strong willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the payments domain
• Exposure to distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience working with open-source frameworks or contributing to open-source projects
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages and modern development practices
• Familiarity with automated build and test frameworks
