This role will lead strategic transaction activity across acquisitions, capital raises, and divestitures while partnering closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives. Manage transaction timelines, data rooms, stakeholder coordination, and communication across internal teams and external advisors. Build and maintain complex financial models, valuation analyses, and capital structure scenarios to support strategic transactions. Drive buy-side and sell-side due diligence, including financial analysis, deal materials, and executive preparation for investor discussions. Conduct market and competitive analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, acquisition targets, and strategic partnerships.
