IT & Systems Market Director - Healthcare IT

Career Land Center is seeking an experienced IT & Systems Market Director to provide technology leadership across a multi-site healthcare environment in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an IT professional who understands healthcare technology, enterprise systems, and the operational needs of multiple facilities.

The Market Director will lead and coordinate information technology and systems activities across the market. This position will work closely with clinical leaders, operational teams, and enterprise technology groups to ensure IT services support organizational priorities, reliable operations, security, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for IT and systems operations across multiple locations.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and enterprise leaders to align technology initiatives with business and patient-care objectives.
• Oversee local technology operations, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Support the implementation and optimization of healthcare information systems and EHR platforms.
• Help maintain secure, reliable, and compliant technology environments.
• Lead technology projects and coordinate resources across multiple sites.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology resources.
• Develop and mentor IT team members while supporting professional growth.
• Monitor industry developments and recommend technology improvements when appropriate.
• Support cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and technology risk-management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required, or 7+ years of directly related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT.
• Experience working in multi-site, enterprise, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience providing leadership within an IT organization or technology function.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have experience supporting healthcare or hospital IT operations.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare technology platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing technology projects and implementations.
• Experience overseeing IT operations across multiple locations.
• Understanding of healthcare IT industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with budgets, vendors, and IT staff development.
